I have just returned home from the Craft and Hobby Show in Anaheim, and I am happy to report that the economy is doing just fine in the hobby industry.  Although the attendance seemed a little thinner this year, it was clear that the business of buying was up, and it certainly was for us!  We also have Crafter TV [1] and Scrappy TV [2] that are just getting started and they got a huge push this year!

I had the opportunity to meet and interview Deborah Norville, a sewer from way back!, Jane Seymour, Paris Hilton, and Vanna White.  Although these women are not quilters per se, they have a lot to say about the creative process. I also got to talk with Mary Englebreit about creating a new series with us,, which I think will be great fun. I have enjoyed her wit for years!
