What a morning I have had! I got my first communication out in months, and then wham! the whole thing is shut down! Come to find out - after literally hundreds of panic calls, our platform was undergoing an upgrade. I am sure I must have missed the memo somewhere that this was going on and would require the attention of the tech team, and it has resulted in a crash course in problem solving! I am a television producer and I know that industry inside and out. The web world, although I am very grateful for it's development, is still somewhat of a mystery to me. I would like to learn more about it, but most people would rather I stick to that I know best and keep cranking out new programming!
